Membership Benefits

Since its inception, nearly fifty women have participated as active paid members and dozens more have attended Samiti functions as guests. Annual membership to the Sri Sarada Mahila Samiti of Northern California is $55. for regular members and $101. or more for patron members.

Benefits include:

• Alignment with women who are committed to the teachings of the Holy Mother, Sri Sarada Devi, and the embodiment of these in their own lives.
• Study of Swami Vivekananda's message to the West based upon Sri Ramakrishna's inspiration.
• Receiving two issues of Samvit: Knowledge that Leads to Enlightenment, a journal of Sri Sarada Math.
• Participation in monthly Satsang gatherings at the Samiti shrine.
• Invitation to members, their families and friends, to participate in the day-long spiritual retreats held by the Samiti free of charge.
• Information about retreats and workshops held in the United States by the Pravrajikas of Sri Sarada Math, Dakshineswar.
